Club Annual General Meeting Sunday 13th July 2025 @ 1:30pm
Dear Member (or member to be..),
We wish to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the McLaren Vale Bocce and Community Club Inc.
Please note – it is essential for members to be financial to be able to participate fully in the Club’s AGM agenda. Membership is $35 per annum - use RSVP button to get in touch so we can send you the necessary forms and payment details.
The details of the meeting are as follows:
· Date: Sunday the 13th of July 2025
· Time: The meeting will commence at 1:30pm with a barbecue to follow
o Note: non-financial and new members should arrive at 1pm to complete sign up and payment requirements ahead of the 1:30pm start
· Place: At the Club – Sporting Complex - Park Drive, McLaren Vale
· At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
o Find out & ask questions about the Club’s operations and finances
o Speak about any items on the Agenda
· At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
o Accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
o Accept the President’s Annual Report
o Accept the Auditor’s Report
o Accept the Treasurer’s Annual Financial Statements
o Elect Committee Members for 2025/26
What's On:
Play Bocce
Running from May to August 2025 every Thursday night 7pm to 9pm. A perfect way to stay off the couch - bowls, banter and beverages (from our licenced bar)!
Flat sole shoes and a sense of fun are all you need, we supply the sports equipment.

Our 2025 Pasta Night Revival has been a massive success. Our first selling out quickly, our second within a week and our next on August 23rd, 2025, sold out in just 5 days...
Share great food and wine with your family, friends, neighbours and co-workers - and have some fun, while our volunteers do the work.
Venue Hire
Flexible spaces to meet every need - commercial kitchen, licenced bar, banquet seating at large round tables for up to 300 guests, we even have a stage, a big screen and other AV.
